Order Cancellation
1. Eligibility: You can request the cancellation of your order if it meets the following criteria:
- The request is made within 48 hours of placing the order.
- The order has not yet been processed or confirmed.
2. Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, follow these steps:
- Log in to your SaminoFi account.
- Go to your order history and select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel Order" button.
- Confirm your cancellation request.
3. Cancellation Confirmation:
- You will receive an email confirming your cancellation request. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours, please contact our customer support team.
4. Refund:
- If your order has been canceled successfully and you have already made a payment, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5-6 business days for the refund to be processed.
