Since SaminoFi is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. - Cancellations by Service Providers: If a booking is canceled by the airline, hotel, or service provider, refunds will be processed as per their policies.
- No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations unless explicitly stated in the booking terms.
3. Food Delivery Services
- Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within a limited timeframe before preparation begins. Once the order is prepared or dispatched, no refunds will be provided.
- Incorrect or Missing Items: If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery for resolution. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
